NO CHANGES TO EQUIPMENT. CASHIER COUNTER ENLARGED, EMPLOYEE RESTROOM REMOVED, HAND WASHING SINK MOVED TO EMPLOYEE SIDE OF THE WALL. HOT WATER IS FUNCTIONING AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. WILL FOLLOW UP ON AUGUST 20 FOR A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT AND PAPER TOWEL STOCKED AT HAND WASHING SINKS. THIS FACILITY HAS PERMISSION TO OPERATE AS A LOW RISK ESTABLISHMENT PER THE AUTHORITY OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. |
